Mr. Steisel served as an advisor to many United States counties and municipalities and to a number of the world’s leading waste disposal, water treatment, hazardous waste remediation, and also air pollution control firms.

Mr. Steisel provided the aforementioned companies help with merger & acquisition (M&A) activities, debt issuance and recapitalizations.
