In January 1994, Norman Steisel started environmental consulting company EnEssCo Strategies in the Greater New York City area. He was president of EnEssCo from January 1994 to December 2002. Throughout his 9-year leadership, the Company provided consulting and management services to senior-level executives carrying out operational, strategic, as well as financial-transition activities in government-regulated industries.

EnEssCo Strategies provides financial consulting, strategic, and business development and marketing services. It provides these services to firms involved in the provision of environmental goods and services. This includes waste handling and disposal, water supply and wastewater treatment, and alternative clean energy technologies and production. EnEssCo’s goal is to capitalize on developing green businesses opportunities.
